My Personal Blog
Thanks for stopping by my personal blog page where you will find all of the blog segments that have been published.
Please note: they are in chronological order, with the latest one first and the first one (1.0) at the bottom or on a previous page. The numbers refer to the chapter of the source document from which my ideas arose.
21.3 - Do You Love Me?
At their first meeting, Jesus looks at Simon and tells him he will be called Peter. Twenty chapters later, after success, failure, denial and breakfast beside the sea, Jesus calls him “Simon, son of John” again. Maybe Jesus knows us beneath everything we've accumulated—who we are, what we've done, and what we might yet become—and still calls us forth: “Follow me.”
